This company is very honest, very accommodating. I had an extremely bad situation with another plumbing and heating company who cost me a lot of damage from a leaking tank that I had even called to have them check but they never helped to repair the water damage that was caused by this. I then called pcp, and they solved the problem and moved the softener tank. Super nice and super efficient. Would and have recommended numerous times.

My water heater was leaking and they came to my rescue right away even though they were very busy. Henry brought a hose over after hours to drain the remaining water that was leaking so I could make it through the night. First thing in the morning he replaced the water heater. So knowledgeable, polite, respectful, and hard working. It’s that old school work ethic you wish everyone still had! I highly recommend Plain City Plumbing. AND their quote was the lowest of the 3 companies I called!
